Jess Nemec founded Jename Construction in 2008 after a decade running framing crews. What started as a one-man finish carpentry business is now a tight team of 14 — small enough to know every client's name, big enough to take projects from raw land to move-in day.
We cap our pipeline at six concurrent projects so each one gets a senior PM and the same crew. No subbed-out site supervision. No "we'll get to it next week."
